About Us
Alwood and Rosie Wick and their 7 children have made Davao their home — and their mission field.
Alwood and Rosie have 7 children, all who live in Davao. Isaac, Joey with his wife Trinity, Kobe, Aaliyah, Micah, Melody and Samara.
Our Story
Alwood and Rosie have been permanently based in the Philippines since 2014.
Alwood (Filipino American) was born in Davao but also lived in the US and UK where he met his wife Rosie on the steps of a church near London at 17 years old. Alwood has a passion to pastor and disciple the people of God, and uses his strong entrepreneurial gifting as both an evangelism tool and for discipleship and sustainability of local communities.
Rosie was born and raised near London UK. She felt a call to the international mission field at 5 years old when she made a commitment to follow Christ. She has a passion to disciple youth girls and young women, and heads up the children's ministry, missions, short term missions trips and internships.
Alwood and Rosie also mentor local pastors and speak at marriage and family retreats.
Where We Serve
God has placed us in Davao City in the Southern Philippines. We have 3 church sites, 2 in the inner city and one 30 mins from down town. We also have an educational support NGO in the city and serve in various other areas of the city and surrounding region.

Wicktribe Missions is dedicated to transforming communities in Davao City and beyond through a holistic approach that addresses both physical and spiritual needs. Our mission is to bring hope and restoration to the most vulnerable populations, working with churches, local communities, and international partners to make a lasting impact.
Our Mission
Our mission is twofold: To nurture spiritual growth through church planting and discipleship and to provide urgent relief to communities in crisis.
Spiritual Transformation

- Children's Evangelistic Teaching — Reaching children with fun, interactive lessons about Jesus.

- Leadership Training — Equipping church leaders to shepherd their congregations.
- Discipleship Groups — Small groups for deeper faith and accountability.
Physical Transformation
- Emergency Aid Relief — Responding to earthquakes, floods, and fires.
- Rebuilding Homes — Restoring families after disaster.
- Nutritional Support and Food Aid — Feeding programs for vulnerable families.
- Educational Support — Tutoring and sponsorship for underprivileged children.
- Medical Clinics — Basic healthcare, vaccinations, and consultations.
